I have worked in the Southfield Charter School Districts of Choice Schools and C.S. Partners in both teaching and administrative capacities. Prior years of experience in Corporate America thorough various positions of managment, training and development me into the current leader that I am. I have a wealth strategic leadership and coaching abilities that has yielded the improvement of student/teacher relationships, emotional growth, self-awareness and high reaching, academic success.

How do you support youth advocacy?

I support youth advocacy through mentorship, resource support, and advocacy for the needs and rights of young people in our community.

What are your team-building strategies?

My team-building strategies focus on enhancing communication, building trust, and achieving common goals through effective leadership and collaboration. Interpersonal communication is key! Relateablity and 360 degree coaching is a huge part of my mantra.
